Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Power Platforms Developer, Senior to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Architect, design, develop, and sustain enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) to meet ARNG G‑6 operational, analytics, and automation requirements. - Build secure, scalable applications and automations integrating authoritative data sources, service management tools, and enterprise systems across NIPRNet/SIPRNet environments. - Implement ALM/DevOps practices for solution lifecycle: source control, solution packaging, deployment pipelines, versioning, testing, and release management. - Embed security and governance controls: role‑based access, DLP policies, auditing, data classification, and environment strategy to maintain compliance and operational integrity. - Develop complex integrations (connectors, APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps) and ensure robust error handling, retry/resiliency patterns, and performance tuning. - Produce technical designs, solution documentation, runbooks, and operational support artifacts; support production deploy...
