Peri Sonographer ll, Center for Women's Medicine, Valley Health Partners, Allentown, PA: Job Summary: Performs a variety of high-risk obstetric ultrasound examinations and procedures using the established AIUM protocols with moderate degree of individual judgment based on the clinical circumstances and patient conditions. Performs clinical assessment, diagnostic sonography examinations, and synthesizes information with patient's medical history. Qualifications: Education: Required: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Technical School Diploma Ultrasonography or Associate's Degree Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent. Experience: Required: Three years' experience performing 3D/4D examinations and extended cardiac views. Preferred: Five or more years' experience performing 3D/4D examinations and extended cardiac views Licensure: RDMS- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer OB/GYN upon hire CPR/BLS: CLEAR - Cervical Length Education and Review within 180 days NT - Nuchal Translucency within 1080 days Fetal Heart Monitoring Certification within 18 months.
