Summary: In this role, the Skin Modelization Lead will drive the development and implementation of in vitro models to accelerate the innovation pipeline, ensuring scientific robustness while enhancing product differentiation. Main Responsibilities: Translate in vitro findings into actionable product claims by optimizing experimental designs to meet consumer-relevant performance benchmarks. Identify and integrate advanced in vitro and ex vivo models that enhance the predictive accuracy of ingredients, product efficacy and safety assessments.
