Job Description Summary The Inventory Leader oversees daily warehousing and inventory control activities for new and serviceable parts. This position is responsible for delivering world class customer service to internal customers at Aero Alliance as well as ensuring the highest possible standard of inventory accuracy. The Inventory Leader will drive inventory strategy, operational discipline, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with the Shop, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and EHS teams. This role provides strong on site leadership, governance, and performance oversight to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, material availability, and cost performance in support of Aero Alliance’s operational and customer commitments.The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
