Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records using inventory management software. - Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound inventory transactions. - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. - Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory levels, trends, and variances. Qualifications and Educational Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus. - Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred. - Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. - Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
