Reports To: Revenue Cycle Director FLSA Classification: Full Time , Exempt $26.00 $33.57 Essential Functions: Oversee end-to-end registration workflows, including pre-registration data collection, onsite, and post-registration processes. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Director on system-level decisions and major workflow changes. - Manages daily operational priorities, staffing schedules, and real-time issue mitigation. - Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and provide performance feedback and coaching. - Maintain registration accuracy through monitoring, workflow audits, and staff coaching. - Serves as a knowledge expert and escalation point for staff questions and concerns. Be the primary contact for complex patient issues and escalate high, risk financial/quality issues to the Revenue Cycle Director and/or Quality Director for joint resolution. - Trains new staff and assists with ongoing training for existing staff responsible for registration - Ensures registration competencies are maintained for training purposes - Acts as primary Financial Counselor, assisting patients as needed, to qualify for the hospital’s in-house financial assistance program, Medicaid, or Hospital Disco...
