Responsibilities The Oncology Nurse Navigator will serve as a single point of contact for oncology patients, their caregivers and referring physicians to assist is accessing clinical and supportive services across the continuum of oncology care. He/she will facilitate patient appointments, including diagnostics, specialty services and consults, as well as offering educational and emotional support.
