As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) Cards Sales , you shape the value proposition of our consumer debit and credit cards. You drive commercial growth by optimising the card application journeys and sales funnel, initially focused on the Netherlands, with the ambition to scale your impact to a more global scope. You translate customer needs, data insights, and commercial targets into concrete features and improvements. You make impact: shaping propositions, prioritising improvements, and translating customer and business needs into changes customers notice.
