This position is also responsible for acting as a liaison with local, state, and federal agencies to verify and obtain accurate information to assist in modifications to Computerized Criminal History (CCH). This position must meet and maintain National Crime Information Center (NCIC)/Florida Crime Information Center (FCIC) certification as required and is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of data housed within the department databases.
