Job description
This role is based in Dallas, TX, Irvine, CA or Louisville, KY as we will need someone to come into the office from time to time. The DocuSign CLM+ Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and extending Docusign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM+) solutions to support enterprise contract workflows. This role partners with legal, restaurant development, IT teams and vendors to automate contract processes, integrate CLM+ with upstream/downstream systems, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant contract solutions across the organization. CLM Solution Development & Configuration: - Design, configure, and implement Docusign CLM+ workflows, templates, clauses, conditional logic, and approval routing. - Customize contract generation, negotiation, and execution processes to meet business and legal requirements. - Develop and maintain CLM+ agreement templates, clause libraries, metadata schemas, and document standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve CLM+ configuration and performance issues.
