The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified nurses to support branch staffing needs and census growth. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of clinical talent, ensuring new hires are placed efficiently into home care settings, and supporting branch staffing stability. The Healthcare Recruiter operates with urgency, organization, and market awareness to meet hiring expectations and staffing demands. Reports To: Director of Operations: FLSA Status: Exempt Core Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead external recruitment efforts to hire qualified nurses to fulfill open shifts and patient cases. Establish recruiting priorities in collaboration with branch leadership to address staffing gaps. Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, community outreach, schools, and networking channels. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, clinical alignment, and interest in home-based care.
