Requirements: Good MS Office knowledge; SAP or ERP system experience - Coordinate and distribute customer orders into the packing process based on priorities and material availability - Manage daily order flow and balance workload across packing operations - Monitor packing capacity and prevent process overload - Prioritize orders according to customer requirements and operational needs - Cooperate closely with Sales Order Control, warehouse, and packing teams - Monitor order progress and adjust priorities when needed - Identify operational issues such as shortages or bottlenecks and support quick resolution - Ensure accurate handling of orders in SAP and internal systems - Secondary education; logistics or supply chain background is an advantage - Experience in warehouse, packing, or operational environment - Good organizational and coordination skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Team player with good communication skills - English and Czech language on comunication level - Willingness to work in a two-shift operation (launch of the second shift from September 2027) Compe...
