Join our Business Operations team as a Fiscal Services operations intern in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fiscal and tax-related activities within a leading European post-trade services provider. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural environment, supporting international operations and learning from experienced professionals. You will be primarily responsible for: - Supporting the accurate and timely processing of fiscal and tax-related activities, including foreign tax transactions, withholding tax, tax relief at source and tax reclaims, in line with market rules and internal procedures. - Assisting with the preparation and execution of tax reclaims requested by clients, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met. - Helping to maintain up-to-date records of fiscal documentation, filings and correspondence in relevant systems and databases. - Monitoring and processing incoming fiscal documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards. - Collaborating with tax authorities, custodians and internal teams to resolve operational fiscal issues and ensure timely completion of processes. - Supporting...
