Responsibilities & Qualifications The Enterprise Monitoring and Operations Support Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing 24/7/365 monitoring operations within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or enterprise IT environment. This role ensures continuous visibility into enterprise systems, rapid incident response, and adherence to operational best practices across data center and monitoring infrastructures. The ideal candidate will lead operational staff, standardize processes, and drive improvements in monitoring capabilities, incident management, and system reliability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: - 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise monitoring, NOC operations, or IT operations management - Familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies and ITIL-based service management processes. - Strong troubleshooting skills and experience providing Tier 3 technical support in enterprise environments. - Engineers that research, designs, develop, run tests, and evaluate computer hardware such as computer chips, circuit boards, computer systems, keyboards, modems, printers, and other related equipment.
