Location: Arlington,Washington,United States Vento is our new Italian restaurant located inside the Heritage Tasting Room! Starting Wage: $19.23/hr. Responsibilities - Prepare a variety of eggs, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, sauté, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. - Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served. - Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and approved recipes. - Knows and complies consistently with all kitchen rules, policies and procedures. - Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation while following all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines when preparing ho...
