About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Decision Science Consultant to support Personal Loan valuation and pricing initiatives. This role will be responsible for modeling and evaluating personal loan pricing strategies and strategic initiatives, including credit approval and decline decisions, loan amount optimization, customer segmentation, and channel strategy. A significant focus of this position will be the design, execution, and analysis of loan pricing tests to inform and optimize future pricing strategies.
