Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist Avamere Living: 25115 SW Parkway, Suite B, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070 The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing, closing, and processing for hire new employees. The Sr. TA Specialist will maintain a pipeline of candidates and be a subject matter expert in rehab recruiting for the region they support. The Sr. TA Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. - Develop, implement, and evaluate cost-effective recruiting methods both internally and externally using all resources available and tracking results. Ensure positions get the most candidate exposure. - Generate and maintain a diverse pool of qualified prospects to provide a qualified applicant flow to fill open positions. Create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify the most qualified candidates for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, support, and corporate positions. - Be an advisor to hiring managers on market trends, compensation analysis, and best interview practices.
