Job Overview $1000 sign-on bonus Fabricate Hipotronics equipment to meet the customer's special application needs; train new personnel to do the same; maintain supplies and hand tools for the department. Assemble high quality complex products in an expedient manner. A Day In The Life: Roles & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Fabricate Hipo products, which includes a wide variety of products requiring high amount of skill, experience, accuracy, and print reading. Correct problems arising during fabrication and final testing of equipment. Review and revise all engineering documentation for potential errors and omissions. Assist in special projects. Provide support/training to Assemblers, Technicians I as needed. Recommend methods to improve the assembly. Other duties as assigned.
