Job Overview We are currently looking for a Senior Member Communications Specialist to join our team onsite in Holland, MI. On the Member Culture & Communications team, you don’t just write messages—you shape how members experience Haworth every day. As a Senior Member Communications Specialist , you translate values into meaningful stories, strategy into clear direction, and key moments into memorable connections. In this role, you’ll lead complex communications projects from strategy through execution, developing and delivering impactful communications for both internal and external audiences. Partnering closely with leaders and teams across the business, you’ll work independently to solve problems, guide initiatives, and ensure communications are timely, engaging, and aligned to our vision. You will also help strengthen your teammates' capabilities—becoming a trusted anchor for the team's growth.
