Job description

The Ecosystem Engineer will lead the development and execution of ecosystem architecture for Rheem Connected Products. This is a key position in the Advance Technology team within Rheem’s Enterprise organization and will play a crucial role in the experience and direction of Rheem’s Air and Water products. This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Lewisville, TX, Roswell, GA or Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) . Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and design the System Architecture for the connected Air and Water products Ecosystem. Lead the definition of Functional Requirements for each Ecosystem Application including Rheem Energy Solutions and Rheem Lifetime Value. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of system engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative technical environment. Work with 3rd party partners to integrate internal and partner digital applications and features. Apply Systems Engineering methodologies and the V-Model approach to ensure thorough testing and verification of product functionality and performance.
