Marketing and brand design is how we turn strategy into a coherent, high-performing set of experiences, ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand, measurable, and built to move commercial performance. The role 👋: OakNorth is scaling fast. We need a Design Manager who can hold brand integrity and output velocity at the same time, and who sees AI as the operating model, not an add-on. This is a hybrid manager + IC role.
