Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slurry Superintendent to oversee and manage slurry seal operations for our pavement preservation projects. The ideal candidate will lead a slurry crew, ensure the quality and safety of slurry applications, manage materials and equipment, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role requiring strong knowledge of slurry materials, equipment operations, crew management, and OSHA-compliant safety practices. The Slurry Superintendent will work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
