Hiring Immediately!: We are seeking a Helper/General Laborer with a strong focus on yard maintenance and landscaping to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of the outdoor property. While other general maintenance tasks may be assigned, the majority of your time will be spent outdoors performing landscaping and groundskeeping duties. - Overtime Eligible - Year-round, full-time employment with benefits - Competitive Pay Primary Responsibilities: Landscaping & Groundskeeping (Main Focus) Mow lawns, trim hedges, remove weeds, and maintain outdoor areas Keep the yard clean, organized, and free of debris Perform seasonal landscaping tasks such as mulching, leaf removal, and planting Secondary Responsibilities: (Occasional): Painting: Assist with interior and exterior painting projects as needed Basic Plumbing: Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks or clogs General Carpentry: Perform light repairs and maintenance on site fixtures and structures General Repairs: Support routine building and equipment maintenance Other duties as assigned: Working Conditions: - Work is primarily outdoors in all w...
