ABOUT THE TEAM: You will join the Dublin Site Operations team, a small but mighty, cross-functional group of specialists across Workplace, IT, P&O, and Finance. Together, we drive operational excellence and deliver a best-in-class employee experience, shaping an environment where the business is enabled and our people and ideas can truly thrive. Reporting directly to the Site Operations Lead and partnering closely with various teams in our HQ (Berlin), you will be the go-to P&O expert on the ground, driving both core HR operations and our local tech hub's vibrant community. WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING): Drive the Employee Journey: Manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle, from engaging first-day onboarding and relocations to probation check-ins and exit interviews. Champion HR support: resolve employee queries with empathy, and proactively write/update localized knowledge articles to drive self-service. Oversee core admin: manage monthly payroll data entry, local benefits, and all standard HR administration.
