Description: ****Average salary is $67,766.40 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** Permanency Support Supervisor EMPOWER’s Community Based Care program includes services to families that support the safety, permanency, and well-being of children in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). As the Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) in Metroplex East (formerly referred to as Region 3E), EMPOWER will ensure the full range of services, which includes foster and kinship care, purchased services, case management, and reunification services. EMPOWER will fully engage the community to help achieve positive outcomes for children. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited four-year college or university with 4 years full time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency.
