Our Safety Specialists administer and coordinate a broad scope of Safety services and programs while onsite at new generation projects. We develop and continually seek to improve processes and communications that meet the changing needs of the business and assist in maintaining legal compliance, and promote customer satisfaction through partnerships and problem solving. Responsibilities: - Prepares and analyzes reports for a variety of safety programs and ensures compliance with legal reporting requirements. - Research information and conducts/participates in survey and data requests; analyzes results and recommends changes. - Applies technical knowledge, skills and judgment to solve problems. - Research regulatory changes (federal and state) and trends to maintain consistency and compliance with laws, company safety policies and procedures. - Strives for continuous process improvement and makes recommendations to align people, systems, and strategies. - Has supervisory authority to stop work because of unsafe work practices or conditions. - Assists in the investigati...
