Description VETERANS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY: Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Service Operations Manager – Power Systems to lead the operational execution of a growing field service organization. This role is responsible for managing technician scheduling, workforce utilization, job coordination, and service delivery processes to ensure efficient and scalable field operations. The Service Operations Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for field service activities, working closely with sales, project management, and field teams to ensure jobs are properly staffed, scheduled, and executed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and experienced in managing mobile or field-based teams. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Develop and manage weekly and long-range technician schedules based on workload, skill sets, and certifications. - Assign and deploy technicians to maximize utilization, efficiency, and billable hours. - Adjust schedules in real time to address field changes, delays, and shifting priorities. - Ensure all service jobs are properly scoped, staffed, and scheduled to meet customer requirements. - Coordinate job execution with sales...
