This role is responsible for managing technician scheduling, workforce utilization, job coordination, and service delivery processes to ensure efficient and scalable field operations. The Service Operations Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for field service activities, working closely with sales, project management, and field teams to ensure jobs are properly staffed, scheduled, and executed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and experienced in managing mobile or field-based teams.
