Type: Full-Time Department: Finance Reports To: Group Head of Finance About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Group Financial Controller to join our growing team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial performance across the group through business planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with senior management and operational teams to ensure the financial health and transparency of all entities within the group. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the preparation of annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts across the group companies. Provide ad hoc financial analyses , profitability reviews, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions. Ensure accurate monthly group reporting in accordance with internal deadlines and accounting standards. Act as a key liaison between finance and business units, promoting transparency and financial discipline. Monitor and analyze KPIs, variances, and trends across subsidiaries.
