Laboratory Technician IV - NICU - ( 26002500 ) Description The Department of Pathology is seeking a Laboratory Technician IV to provide under general supervision, directs and performs complex technical and operational duties in support of laboratory services within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Coordinates daily workflow and allocation of resources to ensure efficient specimen collection, processing, and testing for neonatal patients. Performs advanced pre-analytical functions, moderate complexity testing (including blood gas analysis), and NICU phlebotomy. Serves as the primary technical resource for NICU laboratory operations and provides supervision and training to shift personnel. Ensures compliance with regulatory standards while supporting high-quality, timely patient care. This position is 100% time, Monday – Friday, 0400-1230, with rotating on-call.
