Are you an organized, people-focused HR professional who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and creating great employee experiences? Merchants Fleet is seeking an Associate, Human Resources to join our People & Talent team and play a critical role in supporting employees and candidates across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality operational and administrative HR support, ensure compliance and data integrity, and help deliver a seamless onboarding and employee experience. Location: Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 dependent on experience and qualifications What You’ll Do: - Accurately enter and maintain employee and new hire data in HRIS systems to ensure compliance and data integrity - Track and coordinate updates or creation of job descriptions based on employee changes - Process employee documentation for electronic signatures and secure recordkeeping - Respond confidentially and promptly to employment verifications, unemployment inquiries, and HR-related requests - Support onboarding by collecting I-9 documentation and assisting new hires with questions - Learn and support onboarding technologies and...
