Job Description Night Shift Production Supervisor – Erlanger, KY ADM Nutrition | This is a full time, exempt position Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Some weekends and additional hours may be required, as needed Position Summary: As a Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will coordinate all manufacturing activities required to meet our company's manufacturing, customer service, financial, and safety objectives. Position Responsibilities: - Provide managerial, technical, and training leadership and support across all manufacturing units - Ensure all shift activities are conducted in accordance with company safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines (USDA, Kosher, etc.) - Promote safety, sanitation, and organization on a daily basis - Maintain a thorough understanding of the operation and flow of all processes and equipment across all departments, including the AS400 - Prioritize and schedule all shift activities and resources to meet the daily production schedule, supporting strong customer service outcomes and productivity - Provide daily follow-up for all manufacturing units on orders scheduled for shipment - Schedule and ensure training for all Operators as n...
