Mortgage Operations, RESL provides specialized underwriting and processing services to Brokers, Home Financing Advisors, and eHOME customers. What you will be doing: As a Mortgage Fulfillment Officer (MFO), you’ll manage assigned mortgage applications from acceptance to funding, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. In 2024, our team funded approximately 78,000 mortgage applications – join us and make an impact! Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Process & Fund Mortgage Applications - Prioritize and complete assigned applications within SLA with high accuracy. - Prepare and forward instructions to lawyers, vendors, and branches. - Review and upload funding documents, verify solicitor-provided forms, and ensure compliance. - Handle documentation for PCA, payout/transfer requests, MPA, bridge loans, and refinances. - Maintain accuracy across Bank systems (SMART Funding, MIMS, TLS, CIS, KS, IRIS). - Disburse funds correctly and prepare posting worksheets for accounting. - Resolve issues (title defects, missing info, system error...
