Job description

As a LPC Property Management General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of large/iconic/complex property or collection of assets, typically with PM or SPM direct reports. You may also supervise other managers with other assets/portfolios. Responsibilities: Requirements: This position is 100% in-office . The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position. - Manages team response to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensure that services are provided consistent with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards. - Manage, review and approve payment of vendor invoices following the terms of the management agreement, LPC policies and property management approval authorization limits. - Proactively collects rent and other charges in accordance with lease terms at assigned properties.
