The Role… At Soho House, a Pizza Chef oversees the pizza station from dough stretching and topping to baking and plating. They play a key role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring a smooth, consistent service and is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Y our main responsibility is for demonstrating strong knowledge of dough handling, use of pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric), and excellent timing. They must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, with a passion for high standards and exceptional food presentation. .
