About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Benefits Consultant to join our Health Benefits team within Total Rewards. This highly visible role is responsible for the management of the several health plans, including d aily management , compliance, benchmarking, and design of certain medical or other health and welfare plans . This role owns key vendor relationships and serves as a strategic advisor to leadership helping to shape the benefits experience for a large diverse population. In this role, you will: Oversee v endor performance on a daily basis which includes confirming plans are administered correctly, there is consistency across multiple vendors and plans are in compliance with all regulations, tracking of deliverables, leading independent audits, understanding vendor roadmaps. Contribute to benefit program strategy, including plan design and benchmarking to identify short-term and long-term opportunities that would bring enhanced, competitive programs and offerings to the enterprise.
