The Role: NEXT is dynamic and constantly evolving, pushing boundaries on a global scale. Our Credit and Risk team is responsible for a £1.3B portfolio, using data to drive insights that improve our customer proposition and business profit. We are looking for a Collections Strategy (Insight)Analyst to join our team. You will be at the heart of understanding our credit customers, designing and implementing strategies to support those in financial difficulty. This is an opportunity to use your analytical skills to make a real impact for our customers and the business. What You Will Take On: In this role, you will work at pace to ensure our collections strategies are fair, empathetic, and effective. You will: - Analyse at scale : Produce complex analysis and regular reporting using multiple data sources.
