Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions: Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards Job Description: In this critical role, you will support the implementation and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives that enable business growth and operational excellence. You will partner closely with suppliers as well as Site Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure supplier capabilities align with technical and quality requirements, while collaborating globally with Category Management, Operations, and R&D leaders. You will play a key role in New Product Development and Introduction (NPDI) programs by leading supplier technical evaluations, qualifications, and approvals in alignment with divisional and global category strategies. This newly created position will actively contribute to initiatives focused on best-in-class supplier development, continuous improvement, and sourcing operational excellence.
