Bennett Thrasher (“BT”) has an opening for a Tax M&A Senior . This individual will be responsible for working on a variety of projects related to buy-side and sell-side transactions for clients. They will be working in a collaborative environment to bring value to clients and maintain the highest technical and professional standard while receiving mentorship and guidance from the team. Unlike many of the other top 100 public accounting firms, Bennett Thrasher has made the commitment not to seek Private Equity investment and will remain fiercely independent.
