IT Officer

Job description

We are looking for an IT Officer to support the day-to-day operation of our technology systems and help keep our business running smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys problem solving, working across a range of systems, and supporting people to get the most out of their technology. You will work closely with the IT Manager, Development team and teams across the business, contributing to system support, improvements and projects that strengthen MAC’s digital capability. The role offers variety, hands-on experience and the opportunity to build your skills across systems, infrastructure and support in a growing organisation. This role suits someone who takes initiative and looks for better ways of doing things, works comfortably with people across the business, and brings a friendly, down-to-earth approach that makes it easy for others to reach out for support.
