JOB SUMMARY: As Assistant General Counsel, Employment, Benefits and Compliance, you will serve as leader of the global in-house employment, benefits and compliance function for ADI Global Distribution. (ADI or the Company). Resideo Technologies Inc. has announced its intent to spin off its ADI distribution business into a separate, publicly traded company. In connection with the spin-off, ADI is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Employment, Benefits and Compliance. This position offers you an exciting opportunity to lead the employment, benefits and compliance functions in a newly formed public company, and to serve as a strategic advisor to the Company's General Counsel and head of Human Resources.
