Description Job Summary: The Guest Relations Specialist plays a highly visible leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across Rock City Gardens. This position serves as Manager-on-Duty (MOD), supports Hospitality Ambassadors, the Ticket desk, and provides hands-on operational and partner support throughout the property. Under the direction of the Rock City Guest Relations Manager, this role champions Rock City Enterprises’ Culture of Excellence while serving as a key point of escalation for guests, partners, and daily operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Culture of Excellence - Deliver excellent guest service to internal and external customers in alignment with Rock City Enterprises’ mission, culture, and values. - Model the Culture of Excellence through professional, engaging, and solution-oriented guest and partner interactions. - Proactively engage with guests throughout Rock City Gardens to enhance their experience. - Serve as the primary point of contact for guest requests, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
