ABOUT THE ROLE: The Automation Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of client storefronts, order automation processes, and fulfillment systems. This role serves as a key bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate data flow and efficient order processing. In this role, you’ll manage automation workflows, storefront configurations, and order and inventory coordination while supporting reporting, billing, and system enhancements.
