Work where you matter. A Brief Overview: Responsible for coordinating and maintaining telehealth equipment. Responsible for coordinating, distributing, and tracking equipment, assisting with telehealth product set-up and teaching the customer about the functions, benefits, and how to use the telehealth system. What you will do: - Coordinates all elements of telehealth equipment processing including inventory, storage, on-going maintenance, cleaning, distribution, troubleshooting, and patient-set up and education. - Acts as the subject matter expert for telehealth equipment and logistics for Avera staff and patients. - Maintains up-to-date knowledge and understanding of telehealth products and services. - Works collaboratively with the health team to promote positive customer experience with telehealth i...
