About the Role: As our Refuel Manager, you'll take full ownership of our café, rooftop bar, and events operations. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role - you'll be on the floor, working alongside your team and leading from the front. Your creativity, customer focus, and passion for health-conscious hospitality will shape the full food and beverage experience for our members, from the morning coffee rush to rooftop sunset sessions and private events. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service across the café, rooftop bar, and events - Manage all ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and profitability - Oversee rostering across front-of-house and kitchen to ensure appropriate coverage across all shifts - Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain food safety, cleanliness,...
