You will use your professional experience in Change Management and Configuration Management to define and administer enterprise processes utilizing ServiceNow. You will ensure daily end-to-end delivery of Configuration Management services while managing change initiatives effectively across the organization. Qualified candidates will have a current TS/SCI with Poly, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and will thrive at performing holistic analysis across multiple systems and processes. This position is ultimately responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with Change and Configuration Management.
