Summary Job Description: Seeking Registered Nurse! Baptist Health Floyd, 2CD Neuro Intermediate Unit Full-time (36 Hours Weekly), Nights (7pm-7am) Benefit Eligible: $$ Sign On Bonus Eligible for Experienced Applicants Only! $$ Self-Scheduling!: Job Duties: In this role, the RN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse will function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. About the Unit: The Neuro Intermediate Unit (NIU) is a 41-bed unit specializing in both Neuroscience and Progressive Care (PCU) step-down nursing . With excellent nurse-to-patient ratios ( 3–4:1 ), our team provides exceptional, high-quality care to adult patients. Our 41-bed unit is composed of 15 Neuro specific beds and 26 intermediate specific beds; we work as an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high quality patient and staff centric care with the full support of our providers and support staff.
