This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the NBU Utility Bill Assistance Program and the execution of key workforce development initiatives. A core function of this position is providing "light-touch" case management, serving as a navigator for neighbors to access vital non-food resources and specialized enrollment programs. Essential Functions: Manages the NBU Utility Bill Assistance Program: Leads end-to-end application lifecycle including the swift processing of new requests, accurate determination of voucher amounts, and professional correspondence with all applicants.
