Join us as a Service Technician and play a key role in the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of automated warehouse systems! As a Service Technician , you’ll be the hands-on expert keeping our customers’ automated warehouse systems running at their best. You’ll perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair technical equipment, and ensure optimal performance every day. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers’ success — helping them get the most value from their investment while shaping the future of warehouse automation. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks in line with Element Logic’s manuals, standards, and procedures. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment components using Element Logic’s detailed service processes. Accurately document all completed work and communicate updates to the back-office team and team leader. Prepare clear service visit reports and Task On Demands for customers, ensuring transparency and quality follow-up. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and highlighting the value of preventive maintenance.
