Working as part of a diverse cross-functional team, you will be leading RDQ activities required to drive the belVita growth strategy. How you will contribute: The candidate will be responsible for the Product Development in belVita North America . This role includes a mix of maintenance projects within the belVita por tfolio as well as supporting the team with the innovation pipeline . The candidate may own productivity, ingredient substitutions, quality improvement, consumer complaint reduction, and line extensions for the brand. The candidate will represent RDQ interacting with marketing, operations, and quality leads to develop, coordinate , and commercialize brand projects/programs. They will be a key intersect between R&D with the commercial team, the wider cross-functional team , and our consumer s & customers .
