IT Engineer 📍 On-Site | Full-Time NovaTech Automation is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Engineer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll keep our systems and networks running smoothly across multiple locations — supporting the people and infrastructure that power our work in the electric power industry. What You'll Do: Cisco Networking: Help Desk Support – Hardware & Software - Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco network switches in line with our security and organizational standards - Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime - Manage network segmentation, VLANs, and access control lists (ACLs) - Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and configuration backups for network devices - Work with operations and engineering teams to support network connectivity for critical infrastructure systems - Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user hardware and software support, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner - Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, peripherals, and software - Manage software licensing, application deployment, and updates - Maintain accurate records in the IT tick...
